The 2026 – 2027 HOA fees of $73.50 are coming due July 1, 2026. Invoices will be sent out via Canada Post at the beginning of June.
Preferred method of payment is to e-transfer to somersetresidents@shaw.ca and use Community as the question and Somerset as the answer. If you pay by this method please ensure you put your address or invoice number is the memo line so we know what account the payment is for.
Somerset drop box will NOT be available for payments any longer. If you pay be cheque you will have to mail the payments to 999 Somerset Drive SW, Calgary, Alberta T2Y 3G9 and cash payments will no longer accepted as we have the e-transfer set up in place.
